What is the take away from the commission of the Apostles in Acts 1:8?
Jesus did not send His Apostles to the world to witness His Father BUT to be His own Witnesses, Witnesses of Jesus of Nazareth. Therefore, when we join Jesus, we become His disciples and His witnesses to the world.
Jesus, not God the Father, not the Holy Spirit, Jesus is front and center in the execution of the plan of our salvation.
